30-Day Return — Important Conditions
- The jewellery must be returned in its original condition, unused, and unworn
- The original certificate (IGI, SGL, or GSI) must be included with the return
- Original packaging, invoice, and all accessories must be returned along with the product
- The 30-day money back policy is not applicable on customised or personalised jewellery orders
- The 30-day money back policy is not applicable on solitaires above Rs. 3,00,000
Once your return is received and quality checked at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 working days.
How Will My Refund Be Processed?
Your refund will be credited based on your original payment method:
- UPI, Net Banking, or Card — Refund credited directly to the same payment source or bank account
- Store Credit — You may choose to receive your refund as KEIAN Credits, usable for any future purchase on keianluxandor.com
- Gift Card or Voucher — Refund will be credited back to the same gift card or voucher
How to Return Your Order Within 30 Days
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Support team at info@keianluxandor.com or WhatsApp us within 30 days of delivery to raise a return request

Pack your jewellery securely in the original packaging along with the certificate, invoice, and all accessories

Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your doorstep. For orders above Rs. 35,000, our representative will personally collect the package. For orders below Rs. 35,000, a trusted third-party logistics partner will arrange pickup.

You will receive a tamper-proof packet from us before pickup. Seal your jewellery securely inside it before handing over. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened until it reaches our warehouse.

Collect an acknowledgement from the pickup person — a receipt, photo, or SMS confirmation of pickup

Once we receive the product and complete quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 working days
Return Shipping: KEIAN Luxandor provides FREE return pickup from your doorstep for all eligible returns within the 30-day window, across India. For international orders, return shipping charges may apply. Contact info@keianluxandor.com for details.
Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy
We offer Lifetime Exchange and Buyback on all purchases made from KEIAN Luxandor, applicable after the expiry of the 30-day money back period. The exchange or buyback value will be calculated at the current market rate on the day the request is raised.

Important Notes on Lifetime Exchange & Buyback
- You will be required to submit the original jewellery certificate at the time of exchange or buyback
- If the original certificate is missing, a standard deduction of Rs. 3,500 per certificate will be applicable. For larger solitaires, the deduction may be higher.
- A processing charge of Rs. 500 will be applicable for shipping and handling when the exchange or buyback is initiated online
- If the exchange or buyback is done at our store, the Rs. 500 processing charge will not be applicable
- Any discount or complimentary gift received at the time of original purchase will be deducted from the exchange or buyback value
- KEIAN Luxandor reserves the right to revise the exchange or buyback value after quality inspection
- You will have 15 days to accept or reject the valuation after receiving it. If no response is received within 15 days, the amount will be auto-credited to your KEIAN account.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at info@keianluxandor.com. Once the order has been dispatched, the 30-day return policy will apply.
Customised and personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
