- All gold jewellery (24KT, 22KT, 18KT, 14KT)
- Diamond jewellery with original IGI / GIA certificate
- Silver jewellery — unused and unworn
- Gifted items with original receipt within 15 days
Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Personalised, engraved, or customised jewellery
- Made-to-order jewellery pieces
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Jewellery resized or altered by any jeweller other than KEIAN
- Gold coins, utensils, and religious idols
- Items without original packaging, invoice, or certificate

Pack the jewellery in original packaging with the certificate, invoice, and all accessories

Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund is initiated within 48 hours
2. Exchange Policy
15-Day Exchange Window
KEIAN Luxandor offers a 15-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Exchange for a different design, size, or product of equal or higher value
- Price difference will be collected or refunded accordingly
- Exchange can be availed once per order
- Replacement shipped within 48–72 hours of receiving the original item

3. Refund Policy
Refund Process
- Refund initiated within 48 hours of receiving the returned product at our warehouse
- All refunds processed at original purchase price (invoice price)
- Gold or diamond market fluctuations will not affect your refund value
- Refund reflects in your bank account within 5–7 working days

Refund Deductions
Missing Certificate: If the SGL / IGI / GIA certificate is not returned — Rs. 500 deduction (inclusive of GST)
Missing Items: Any items missing from the return package will be deducted at full MRP of the missing item
