KEIAN Luxandor Private Limited is a luxury handcrafted jewellery brand based in Maharashtra, India. We specialize in gold and diamond jewellery crafted for weddings, celebrations, and everyday luxury.

To shop with us you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law
• Provide accurate personal and payment information
• Not be prohibited from purchasing jewellery under any applicable law

When you create an account with us:

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and confidential
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@keianluxandor.com if you suspect any unauthorised access
• We may suspend or close accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms

Every piece of KEIAN Luxandor jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Please note:

• Minor natural variations in finish, colour, and texture are expected in handcrafted jewellery and are not defects
• Product images on our website may slightly differ from the actual piece due to screen settings or photography lighting
• All gold jewellery carries a valid BIS Hallmark
• All diamond jewellery comes with a certificate from IGI, SGL, or GSI
• All diamonds are ethically sourced and conflict-free under the Kimberley Process

Our jewellery prices are directly linked to live gold and diamond market rates which change daily. Therefore:

• Prices on our website are updated regularly and may change without notice
• The price displayed when you confirm your order is the final price you pay
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• Making charges are included in the product price and vary by design
• We cannot honour prices that were valid before your order was placed and confirmed

When you place an order on www.keianluxandor.com:

• You are making a formal request to purchase at the displayed price
• Your order is confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation from us via email or SMS
• We reserve the right to decline any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected misuse
• Please review your order carefully before confirming — especially size, design, and personalisation details

We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed through secure encrypted payment gateways. KEIAN Luxandor does not store your complete card or banking details. If a payment fails but your account is debited, your bank will reverse the amount within 5 to 7 working days.

Before Dispatch

• You may cancel any standard order before dispatch at no charge
• Refund for prepaid orders will be processed to your original payment method within 2 to 3 working days
• Cash on delivery orders require no action as no payment has been collected

After Dispatch

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
• Our 30-day return policy will apply in such cases

Custom and Personalised Orders

• Once production has begun custom orders cannot be cancelled
• Please ensure all personalisation details are accurate before placing a custom order

We provide free shipping on all orders across India. Our shipping promise:

• Every order is fully insured during transit
• Tamper-proof sealed packaging on every shipment
• A tracking link is sent to you once your order is dispatched
• Delivery requires a signature to confirm safe receipt

Delivery Timelines

• Standard jewellery — 5 to 7 working days
• Express delivery — 2 to 3 working days on select pin codes
• Custom jewellery — 10 to 14 working days
• International orders — 10 to 15 working days

Timelines may be longer during festive seasons like Diwali, Dhanteras, Akshaya Tritiya, and wedding season. KEIAN Luxandor is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.

We want you to love every KEIAN Luxandor piece. If you are not satisfied:

• Return your purchase within 30 days of delivery
• The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Return must include original certificate, packaging, and invoice
• Refund will be processed within 2 to 3 working days after inspection

Not Eligible for Return

• Customised or engraved jewellery
• Solitaires valued above Rs. 3,00,000
• Items returned without original certificates
• Products with visible signs of wear, damage, or third-party alteration

Refund Methods

• Paid by card or UPI — refunded to original payment source
• Cash on delivery — refunded via bank transfer
• Gift card or voucher — refunded to same gift card or voucher
• Store credit option — available at your choice

Beyond 30 days we offer a Lifetime Exchange and Buyback on all purchases:

Important Conditions

• Original certificate must be presented at the time of exchange or buyback
• Missing certificate will attract a deduction of Rs. 3,500 per certificate
• A processing fee of Rs. 500 applies for online exchange or buyback requests
• No processing fee if exchange or buyback is done in person
• Any complimentary gift or discount received at time of original purchase will be deducted from the exchange or buyback value
• You have 15 days to accept or decline the valuation we provide
• KEIAN Luxandor reserves the right to revise valuation after quality inspection

• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
• Credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account
• Credits can be used toward any future purchase on keianluxandor.com
• Credits cannot be used for the purchase of gold coins

• Gift cards and vouchers are valid for the period stated at the time of issue
• They cannot be exchanged for cash
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
• If a voucher was used for a purchase that is later returned the refund will be credited back to the same voucher

• Any free item or complimentary gift included with your order is considered part of the total order value
• If you return an order that included a complimentary gift the value of that gift will be deducted from your refund
• Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged independently

• Custom jewellery is made exclusively for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed
• Ensure all details including names, dates, sizes, and design preferences are accurate at the time of ordering
• KEIAN Luxandor is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by you
• Custom orders take approximately 10 to 14 working days to produce

KEIAN Luxandor offers a Monthly Savings Plan for customers who wish to invest gradually toward a jewellery purchase.

• Minimum monthly contribution is Rs. 1,000 and can be increased in multiples of Rs. 100
• At the end of the plan you receive a bonus equivalent to one month's contribution as a discount
• Available only to Indian residents aged 18 years and above
• The plan is personal and non-transferable
• In case of the subscriber's unfortunate passing the registered nominee may complete the plan and use it to purchase jewellery
• If any discrepancy is found in submitted details or identity verification is not completed within 30 days of enrolment KEIAN Luxandor reserves the right to cancel the plan and refund contributions
• No interest is paid on contributions under any circumstances

When KEIAN Luxandor runs contests or promotional campaigns:

• Participation criteria will be clearly stated for each campaign
• Winners are chosen fairly at our discretion
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• KEIAN Luxandor may modify or end any campaign at any time
• Our decisions on all contest matters are final and binding

Everything on our Platform including our name, logo, product photography, written content, and design elements belongs exclusively to KEIAN Luxandor Private Limited. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without our written permission. Violations will be pursued under Indian intellectual property law.

As per Government of India guidelines customers must provide their Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all jewellery purchases above Rs. 2,00,000.

KEIAN Luxandor will not be held responsible for:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform
• Delivery delays caused by factors outside our control
• Losses arising from use of third-party websites linked from our Platform
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our Platform

Our maximum liability toward you will not exceed the value of your order.

You agree to:

• Use our Platform only for lawful personal purposes
• Not interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
• Not use automated tools or bots to extract data from the Platform
• Not misrepresent your identity or impersonate anyone else
• Provide accurate and complete information at all times

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India.

We always prefer to resolve issues directly and amicably. Please write to us at info@keianluxandor.com with your concern and we will respond within 30 days. If a resolution cannot be reached the matter will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 with the seat of arbitration in Surat, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Platform after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
