Suspended freely inside the frame, a 2.20 mm round lab-grown diamond and a [4.65 x 3.45 mm pear-shaped center stone] in its own lab-grown diamond halo swing gently as you move, like a flame inside a lantern. The open design keeps the earring airy and lets light reach every stone from front and back.
