The Design:
An oval brilliant cut diamond hangs upright from a white gold split bail, its two polished arms parting like rabbit ears where they meet the chain. Four slim claw prongs grip the stone at its rounded top and base, holding the long axis vertical and leaving the sides open. The brilliant faceting runs the length of the oval, gathering light into a tall, bright column down the centre. It slides on a fine white gold cable chain worn on its own.
